	Bob D'Ath Bob is the Managing Director of Inov8 and Resultex, having taken up the role after over 10 years consulting for Resultex. He is a senior IT professional with over 30 years experience in IT, predominantly in the government sector in Senior Management and Project Management roles. Bob has considerable experience in managing and delivering large IT programmes of work and complex individual projects. His approach is very firmly focussed on achieving results and providing an environment where staff can and do excel.
	Sharon Woodley Sharon is an IT professional with nearly 20 years experience in Senior Managerial, Business Analysis and Software Development Manager roles. She has been involved in the development and implementation of some of this country's largest business critical systems in the government sector. Sharon is a highly motivated and positive person who is very results oriented and consistently achieves excellent results through planning, leadership and an analytical approach to problem solving. An excellent communicator and motivator, she enjoys the challenge of delivering effective application solutions to achieve business strategies.
	Ross Barr Ross is an IT professional with 20+ years experience in managerial and technical roles. He gained his expertise in the Financial, Energy, Vendor and Public sectors on a wide variety of platforms supporting large mission critical business systems. Ross is a highly motivated and proactive person who consistently achieves timely results through planning, delegation and a clear focus on priorities. He enjoys the challenge of delivering cost effective IT solutions to achieve business strategies.
	Pat Ryan Pat has more than 20 years experience in the computer industry spanning all aspects of Business Computing, Consulting and Senior Management and is an experienced enterprise, data and solutions architect. He has been involved in new business development and evolution and the establishment of "best practice" methodologies and processes. Pat has been involved in both Information Technology Consulting and Senior Management roles within the Information Technology industry. Pat has excellent business acumen and has a depth of experience in working on major development projects with key government and non-government clients. Pat is experienced in both enterprise and solution architecture and currently heads the Resultex architecture practice.
