Toyota New Zealand supports a large pool of Franchise owners across New Zealand (Toyota Dealers), with the dealer portal providing a critical communications tool for outwards collateral and support. Inov8, with designs from Base Two and quality assurance from Knowledge Cue, has worked with Toyota for the past nine months to ensure a quality and flexible Sharepoint platform that has recently gone live with great success. The dealer experience is totally customised, reflecting Toyota’s requirements for a consistent look and feel across the site. As such, Inov8 has built over a dozen custom web parts integrating both the design and functional requirements needed in the site. In addition, Inov8 has had to build for two completely different designs; as the Lexus franchise network is also supported within the same site collection with significant shared content.
